Data Completeness Post Referral from CAM
Providers are to be sure they are auditing and
maintaining data received from CAM. Once data is received, providers are
responsible for it. That said, providers are responsible for verifying that
data is complete and correct. While CAM is the first point of contact in data
collection for clients who enter your program, it is important that all
providers confirm client(s) information at intake and/or complete any missing
data that may not have been submitted during CAM initial intake including
additional household members, ssn(s), disability status, income, etc.
