Password update affecting access to Business Objects

Password update affecting access to Business Objects

If you have updated or changed your password within the last 24 hours you will need to wait 1 day before you are able to access Business Objects again. This was also the case with ART(Business Objects 3.1) and the same has carried over to SAP Business Objects 4.0. Because of the daily warehouse rebuild, users’ access is 'built' into the new warehouse base on previous assigned passwords so, if you changed or updated your password you will need to wait 24 hours for a new warehouse build to be recognized you as a user.

If you are unable to wait 24 hours for access, you can contact the MCAH Help Desk (mihelp@mihomeless.org) and ask that they put in a request to WellSky to refresh your access.
