Quarterly Audit

Quarterly Audit

The purpose of the audit is to have agencies review the data entered and correct any inaccurate entries as accurate data will improve system wide data. All data errors reported in the quarterly audit are from the CoC APR and Business Object Reports. Quarterly Audits will be sent out around the 15th of the month following the quarter's end and providers are expected to return the report by the 1st of the following month.
