Scheduling Reports in Business Objects



  1. Log in Community Services (ServicePoint)
  2. Navigate to Reports 





  1. Connect to SAP BusinessObjects located under Custom Reports







  1. Select Folders on the Home Page



  1. Follow the pathway below to find the most commonly used reports: (very similar to the pathways in ART)

Business Objects Report > Public Folder> Michigan Live Folder

  1. To schedule a report, click the ellipse to the right of the report name and select Schedule.

  1. In the General tabyou may rename the report and select how often you’d like the report to run. All other prompts on the on tab should stay as default.

  1. Click ‘Edit Prompt Values’ Note: Click this only once; in some cases, it will take a moment to populate. Once the prompt window opens, enter the necessary report prompts then click apply. Click schedule at the bottom right.

  1. All scheduled reports will display in the ‘Instance’ folder.

  1. Once report run is complete you may export the report to excel.

  1. Click ALL to ensure you export the entire report.
