NOTE: Follow the Standard HMIS Intake Process for GPD (as determined by the funding source and existing workflow): The referrals to GPD programs will be done offline. Please refer to the Running and Receiving Referral Reports Job aide to either accept, cancel, or decline referrals.


Following your normal entry of data upon a client’s entry into an SSVF program you will also compete the Detroit VBNL Assessment (You can navigate to the Detroit VBNL on the client’s entry assessment page.
