Data Entry for County/ Parish Field

Data Entry for County/ Parish Field

In October 2024 a new County Field went live in the Michigan HMIS for all Entry/Exits. This field is mandatory for all entries. Since this is a mandatory field for all household members, agencies will need to ensure this data entry field is complete in addition to their regular workflow. Please review the attach job aid below to assist in this data entry. This field should be entered for all members of a household with entry/exits from 10/1/2024 and forward.
