Managing and Creating Reporting Groups
Reporting groups can be created by agency and system administrators and can assist with running reports on multiple provider pages at once. It is important to remember that reporting group edits and creations take effect the same day for embedded reports like the CoC APR and ESG CAPER, but that one business day must elapse before those edits are visible in Business Objects.
When creating reporting groups, keep in mind that where you set the group to be visible limits its accessibility to end users at your agency based upon whether their account has access to a provider page.
